Our Team

Dr. Stradel grew up in the small town of Wayside, WI. He attended eight years of Christian day school at Zion Lutheran School in Wayside. Later, after graduating from Reedsville High School, he attended the University of Wisconsin at Green Bay where he majored in Human Biology. After completing his undergraduate coursework there, he attended the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago, IL where he received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1997. He joined Dr. Adrian Ebben in practice in 1997 and they formed Kimberly Eye Clinic in 1999. Since becoming an optometrist, Dr. Stradel continues his education by attending educational seminars regularly.
 

Dr. Stradel is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Wisconsin Optometric Association, the Fox Cities Optometric Society.
 

Outside of the practice, Dr. Stradel enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandy, and their three daughters. In his remaining free time he loves to spend time outdoors and at his hunting cabin near Three Lakes, WI.

Dr. Schroeder earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University School of Optometry. Prior to her studies there, she attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison, earning a degree in Kinesiology – Exercise and Movement Science.

Dr. Schroeder resides in Neenah with her husband and their two children. When she is not treating patients, Dr. Schroeder enjoys boating, weightlifting, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Schroeder is a member of the Wisconsin Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She passionately provides full-scope optometric care to patients of all ages.
